LEGION PEST CONTROL – TERMS & CONDITIONS

You must advise us of any pets or of any personal or family/staff allergies or other health concerns.
Any persons who may be particularly sensitive or who may suffer from allergic reactions must, as a precaution, remain out of the premises for twenty-four (24) hours and not return until after the premises has been fully ventilated. Leave any air conditioners on vent mode for at least four (4) hours after treatment or re-occupying.
If anyone comes into contact with a treated area and is affected in any way, contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 and have this notice with you.
All food items and food utensils must be covered prior to treatment, as directed.
All people, animals, birds and fish must be removed or protected during the treatment period. Pets must be kept away from treated areas until dry and any odour has cleared.
Avoid contact with treated surfaces until the insecticide has dried. Drying may take between three (3) and twenty-four (24) hours.
For external treatments, close all doors and windows during treatment and keep closed until the odour has cleared.
When accessing roof voids or sub-floor areas, overalls, gloves and a respirator must be worn. Protective clothing must be washed separately or disposed of immediately after use.
All verbal advice provided by Legion Pest Control or its licensed technician must be followed.

If structural or environmental conditions prevent any part of the program from being carried out, the FREE Service Period or cost may be reviewed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the full contract price is due upon commencement of works.
Any FREE Service Period is void unless all monies are paid in full.
During a FREE Service Period, remedial treatments will be provided at no cost for the affected areas only, provided Legion Pest Control is notified immediately of pest activity.
No responsibility or warranty is accepted for any damage or consequential losses from past, current or future activity.
Treatments apply only to pest species named in the Proposal. Untreated pests are not covered.

Only APVMA approved pest management agents will be used.
Legion Pest Control is not liable for staining or damage to timbers, fabrics, wall coverings, floor coverings or articles.
Where drilling or cutting is required, no liability is accepted for damage to concealed services. You indemnify Legion Pest Control against any related costs.
Failure to follow hygiene, building or landscaping recommendations may render this program ineffective.

This program does not include termites or timber pests unless specified.
Annual timber pest inspections are strongly recommended in accordance with AS/NZ 3660.2-2017 and AS 4349.3-2010.

This program is for the Client only. No liability is accepted to any third party.

By booking & allowing Legion Pest Control to carry out the service, you agree to these terms and conditions.
